Should I Wear Skinny or Bootcut Dress Pants With Suit

I am getting back to my blogging schedule slow and steady. Still very much under the New Year blues but slowly recovering as I have got no choice. Therefore I decided to add some colours to this photo shoot to bring in a fun element to it.

I am wearing the same pair of bootcut denims that I wore a few weeks back and added some fun with this amazing multicoloured faux fur jacket sent to me by SheIn as a part of our collaboration.

I paired the duo with my favorite striped full sleeve top and black boots from Mango to complete the look. Oh yes, please don't miss my coloured contact lenses and dramatic eye make up. I am kind of new to coloured lenses and such heavy eye make up, but guess I like it enough to try again 🙂

I guess I expressed my excitement well in my previous post about finally being able to find a pair of bootcut jeans that I loved. Bootcut style is in trend for a while but it took me a while to find a pair that suited my style as well as my pocket. That's kind of difficult sometimes. Now that I could find my bootcut pants, so can you! 😉 And trust me, you definitely need at least one pair of these pants/denims/jeans!

Here is why :

1.We all need break from all the skinny denims : Don't we ladies? But please don't get me wrong. I am still very much in love with  skinny denims. I haven't got rid of any of my old pairs yet. In fact I have used some of my DIY tricks to keep wearing them as long as I can. But let's face it, we need a change, a break from wearing the same thing again and again and boyfriend fit cannot be worn to all occasions. Therefore, we all need a pair of bootcut pants to break the monotony of skinny denims and therefore you should get a pair if you haven't already.

2.Cool Fashion Trend : It is one of the coolest fashion trends of the season and who doesn't want to be called fashionable and trendy? Of course, there are a lot of fashion trends that might seem a bit intimidating to a person who is not too much into fashion. But with a bootcut fit, there should not be any apprehensions at all.

3.Suit most body types/age group : It's all about how you style them and a bootcut pair suits all body types and all age groups. They are fitted around the hips and whether or not you have the curves, it is a flattering silhouette. Make sure to wear a high or a mid waist to avoid 'muffin top' situation though!

4.Make you look taller : Now, did you know that? While it might not matter much to you lucky tall girls, but we not-so-tall ones can definitely give the illusion of height with a bootcut pair without wearing those scary towering heels. Isn't that great?

5.Retro vibes : Last but not the least, nothing can be more retro than bootcut pants. Pair them with a large polka dotted top and you are so much into the retro mood. It's cool, youthful but doesn't make you look like you are trying to hard.
